The ePaperless Practice Suite has EMR, practice management functions, billing, and claims management all-in-one application. This system was designed to follow the normal workflow of a medical practice and can be used by the entire staff including clerks, nurses and physicians.


The ePaperless Practice Suite has a complete practice management system which includes scheduling and billing capabilities, an innovative EMR system, a fax system to manage all fax documents, and prescriptions. This suite of software comes with an electronic chart module that allows for customizing of patient charts. There are many functions in this module, such as point-of-care documentation, medication management, procedures and exams, histories and health maintenance. This system covers every aspect of managing the patient’s charts.

Technology employed
This software requires a dedicated server. Workstations must have an Intel P4 processor or better, Windows XP Pro SP2 or Vista Ultimate. It is compatible with Windows 2003 Server.

In addition to a dedicated server for the software, you also have to have a workstation for each front office staff, a workstation or Tablet PC for each nurse, and workstation, laptop or Tablet PC for each physician in your medical practice.

Once installed, this software is user friendly and has a variety of tools and prompts to guide you through the work flow process. My Opinion
The ePaperless Practice Suite is a comprehensive, complete system that manages the entire work flow process for a medical practice regardless of the size or specialty. This software is very simple to use, and training required is minimal. I was impressed with all the different features that this software includes, and the ease of navigating the different modules. The only drawback that I see is the cost of additional computers and servers that may be needed to run this software properly. However, this software would definitely be worth the added expense.
