A massive patient data breach occurred at a healthcare facility in Texas. So reports Healthcare IT News.

Hackers compromised St. Joseph’s Health System’s server and gained access to more than 400,000 records. The records contained social security numbers, address and other personal information for patients and employees of St. Joseph.
