Redspin, a HIPAA Risk and Analysis provider, has released its Annual Breach Report. So reports Government Health IT.

The report indicates that 2013 saw a 138% increase in personal health information breaches. In 2013, 199 patient information breaches, affecting 7 million people occurred.
