 A tip sheet is now available from the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare to help eligible providers perform a security risk analysis. So reports Fierce EMR.

Not only is performing a security risk analysis required to achieve Stage 1 and 2 but conducting a security risk analysis is required by HIPAA’s security rule.
