Data Stolen from Arizona Facility

The Arizona Counseling and Treatment Services has notified 500 patients that their personal health information was stolen, reports Healthcare IT News.

The HIPAA breach occurred after an employee of the clinic reported a laptop containing the patients’ information was stolen from their home.
