What's the Cost of Physician Burnout?

Physician burnout is rising and organizations need to take action to address it. So reports Managed Care Magazine.

Not only is it the morally right thing to do, but it also makes financial success, according to a new article in the JAMA Internal Medical. If an organization with 450 physicians has a doctor turnover rate of 7% that could cost the organization over $16 million dollars a year.
