Epic Systems, Mayo Clinic Offer Education Resources to Patients

Patients using Epic System's MyChart patient portal will soon be able to access the Mayo Clinic's educational resources. So reports EHR Intelligence.

Soon patients will be able to log onto their MyChart account and view 18,000 pages of information on more than 4,000 health topics. The information, available in both English and Spanish, will include slideshows, charts, videos and Q&As. The information will be consistently reviewed by Mayo Clinic doctors to ensure accuracy.
