Nurse Causes Data Breach at Virginia Hospital

Riverside Health System, which includes five hospitals located in Virginia, recently announced a data breach. So reports Healthcare IT News.

 During a four year time span a licensed practical nurse employed by the hospital gained inappropriate access to the Social Security and medical information of 919 patients.
