Tracking Hygience Electronically
In order to cut down on healthcare associated infections, Alabama’s Putting Power into Healthcare Initiative will track hand-washing, reports Healthcare IT News.
The system will encompass 27 participating hospitals and it will use radio frequency badges and a data and quality compliance system to track employee hand-washing.
