Mental Health Screening Via App
Recently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid said it would cover preventive screening for depression and alcohol use, reports MobileHealthNews.
Makers of the mobile app, mym3, which uses a 27-item questionnaire to help physicians screen patients for mental illness, including depression, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, hope the development will lead to increased use of the mobile app. Click here to read the full article.
