Manage Wait Times and More with PatientTrak

Looking for a way to give your office staff a modern overview of the waiting room?

PatientTrak, a web-based patient tracking solution, allows you to track your patient flow. You do not need specific hardware to run it, nor do you need to install any software. You only need an internet connection. PatientTrak is scalable and configurable, which makes it appropriate for both single providers and large healthcare organizations.

There are several ways to bring your patient information into the system--you can import the information directly from your scheduling system or you can have a greeter or receptionist enter the information upon the patient's arrival. The system can also interface with a patient sign-in kiosk, capturing the patient's information when they arrive.

You can also define what the system tracks. For example, you can have the system track check-in time to treatment time. To keep on top of patient wait times you can program the system to send you email notifications if a patient has been waiting too long.

PatientTrak will replace your whiteboard; use PatientTrak to manage your room usage. Plus, the system also lets you track the registration process.

You can print reports to monitor the efficiency of your practice. PatientTrak comes with a variety of standard report. Print a report to find out your average wait time, peak time and time between activities.

The system will even display the patient's status to family members (with HIPAA compliance). PatientTrak is secure and HIPAA compliant, the system requires logins, passwords and the data is encrypted.

PatientTrak is sold as a software as a service (SaaS). Pricing starts at $395/per month and it varies depending on the number of computers accessing the application. The price does include implementation, training, and support.
