We have been using Practice Partner for the past 3 years and have only seen things get worse in regards to upgrades and service. We are an ASP site and our system breaks weekly. Calling in almost daily to get help and waiting hours at a time on hold. The latest upgrade broke more things than it fixed and we still can't scan any documents into our EMR- despite NUMEROUS phone calls to tech support & our account rep. Do NOT buy this system! | |||
