I agree completely with Dr. Le. As an dental Practice Administrator I am so disappointed by the slowness to implement changes, even when it comes to our liability as a healthcare provider. This software works well in general but there are some issues that I cannot get over. The support people basically tell you that you are s.o.l. when it comes to most things. | |||
