Lehigh Valley is making at-risk children a priority, reports The Morning Call. Hospitals and school districts in the Bethlehem area are teaming up to create the Lehigh Valley Health Network. The network, which will serve needy children, is a privately funded pediatric health information network. The whole network should be complete in around 2.5 years.
