Oracle is offering a package of software and services designed to help states establish health insurance exchanges. The package will help states meet the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which mandates states the creation of a health insurance exchange by 2014. So reports Government Health IT. The package contains everything the states will need, including eligibility and enrollment, billing, collection, broker management and financial management and reporting.
