A recent Kaiser Family Foundation analysis found that Massachusetts and Vermont had the highest health premiums of all the states, according to the Newbury Port News. The Foundation contends that the difference in premiums among the states will become a larger issue in the future as states begin to participate in health insurance purchasing exchanges.
