Viewing movements made on my Medicare card by doctors who want the number

Y2N Just what the "subject says". I want to be able (as with Aetna) to see the movements made by doctors, hospitals, etc. who use my Medicare number for partial payments of services rendered.

I would like to be able to see the charges a doctor makes during an office call or procedure and then uses my Medicare number to partially pay my charges.
