As doctors make the switch to electronic medical records, more companies are throwing their hat into the electronic medical record field, reports Bloomberg. While this is causing an initial boom in vendors available, some in the industry feel that it will also eventually lead to consolidation. This may leave some medical practices with unsupported EMRs.
