With the increased emphasis on connecting with patients outside of the exam room, physicians are looking for a software solution that not only manages their patient records, but lets them connect with their patients as well. Hello Health’s new patient management solution for primary care practices gives doctors the ability to do just that in an online platform. Hello Health’s patient management solution offers an integrated electronic health record, online patient portal and a suite of secure, web-based communication tools. Hello Health differs from other electronic health record systems because it has a bi-directional patient portal and secure communication tools. These tools allow patients to access both their health information and their doctor. Hello Health is completely web-based. The package is free for qualifying primary care practices, and Hello Health offers doctors the option of generating additional income through a revenue-sharing patient subscription model. With Hello Health’s communication tools, which include secure messaging, instant messaging and video chat, a doctor can choose to offer cash-based enhanced services, such as email or video consults. It is easy to document all consultations directly to the patient’s chart and documents can be attached to an email or the patient’s library. In addition, Hello Health offers the ability to collect credit card payments online. The electronic health record is certified for Meaningful Use and fully HIPAA compliant. | |||
