Independence Blue Cross has released its first mHealth app. So reports Fierce Mobile Healthcare.

The new CareCam Health System, available for tablets and phones, helps patients with chronic diabetes or asthma control their disease. The app provides schedules to help patients with their medication and it also includes access to vLearning modules.
