Robot Helps Kids With Doctor Visit Anxiety

A new robot in use in Canada helps children cope with the anxiety and pain associated with visiting the doctor. So reports CNBC.

The MEDi robot sings, dances and plays games with children during vaccinations and tests, which helps distract them from the procedure. Four of the robots are in use at Canada's Alberta Children's Hospital and patient response has been positive.
