VA Making Significant Investment in Telehealth

The Veterans Administration is making a significant investment in telehealth for the upcoming year. So reports Government Health IT.

2016’s proposed budget includes $1.2 billion for telehealth, which is an increase of $126 million from 2015. The VA hopes to use telehealth to bring mental health services to more veterans and to serve those veterans in rural and remote areas.
