Patients Don't Like Appointment Scheduling Alternatives

Salesforce surveyed 1,700 Americans and found that more than 76% of respondents still schedule their doctor appointments via phone. So reports Mobi Health News.

Less than 10% of those surveyed used an alternate method, such as the web or texts to set up appointments. The survey also found patients like to view their health data in person, with 40% saying they preferred looking at their health data in person versus using technology. Only 21% of the respondents used an online patient portal to view their health records.
