Clinics Get Return on EHR Investment in Months

A new study published in JMIR Medical Informatics shows that the initial investment made in an electronic medical record system can be recouped rather quickly. So reports Fierce EMR.

According to the study it took just 10 months for the clinic to recover their investment. The return on investment occurred because electronic health records allow a clinic to see more patients.
