VA Makes Health Apps Available to Vets

In an effort to increase access to veterans' medical records, the Veterans Affairs Department is releasing two new apps. So reports Fierce Mobile Healthcare.

Both Summary of Care and Blue Button will give veterans access to their personal health information, but only Blue Button will let them convert that information into a PDF that is sharable with non-va medical professionals. Currently, the apps are only in desktop version, and they are available on MyHealtheVet portal.
