Michigan HIEs Agree to Work Together

Two Michigan health information exchanges have agreed to work together. So reports EHRIntelligence.

The Great Lakes Health Information Exchange and Michigan Health Connect will start sharing their data. The agreement gives patients of the 3,000 providers and almost 100 hospitals immediate access to their electronic health information.
