Doctors Still Favor Old-fashioned Methods

While Stage 2 requires doctors to use patient portals, a new study conducted by TCS Healthcare Technologies shows that the majority of providers are using other methods for communication. So reports Government Health IT.

According to the study, 91% of those surveyed still used the telephone and 71% relied on face-to-face conversations to convey information.
