Greenway Medical to Merge With Vitera

Vista Equity Partners plans to take Greenway Medical Technologies Inc. private. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

Greenway will merge with the Vista Equity-owned Vitera Healthcare Solutions LLC. The combined healthcare information technology and services company, which will be known as Greenway Medical Technologies, will serve about 13,000 medical organizations and 100,000 providers.
