Medical Notes Dicated by Phone Coincide With Lower Quality of Care: Study

A new study by Brigham and Women’s Hospital found that patients with doctors whose notes were dictated via phone and then uploaded into the electronic health record had significantly worse quality of care, reports Fierce EMR.
