Telehealth Made Easy

Emerge.MD knows that providing remote care/telehealth services is often more involved than seeing patients in a clinical setting.

Telehealth often involves coordinating care across multiple departments, locations and specialties, so having a secure, reliable way to communicate with the various entities means better care for the patient. The new TeleHealth SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions from Emerge.MD are Cloud-based applications that promise to deliver real-time, anytime/anywhere access for doctors.

The goal of Emerge.MD is to remove some of the barriers telehealth providers face when attempting to provide care. Both OnePlace and Consult Accelerator from Emerge.MD make providing telehealth services easier.

Now doctors have a streamlined way to monitor their patients from admission to discharge. It also gives doctors a simple way to coordinate and consult with other healthcare professionals.

Since Emerge.MD is Cloud-based, doctors can use any device that has a browser function to access the software and both OnePlace and Consult Accelerator are HIPAA- and FDA-compliant.  OnePlace is a virtual clinic where patients, who can be at a remote facility or at home, can have consult with a physician.

OnePlace is multilingual and includes an integrated ePrescribing module and a library of ambulatory discharge instructions for patients. Consult Accelerator replaces medical pagers and medical telephone tag.

Consult Accelerator brings audio, video, screen sharing and data sharing to iPhones, iPads, Android and BlackBerry devices. Consult Accelerator has Interactive Call Calendar, Instant Notifications, and Real-time Collaboration to help doctors manage their collaborations.
