Health Info Exchange Privacy and Security Rule Close to Completion

A set of voluntary national standards for health information exchanges (HIEs) is one-step closer to creation, reports GovInfoSecurity

The Nationwide Health Information Network Governance Rule would create a “brand,” which HIEs and other health care organizations could earn voluntarily.
