The Supplier of Excellence for Member Satisfaction Award is based upon three criteria: member satisfaction, sales and member participation growth and clients’ assessment of their relationship with the supplier. CDW Healthcare achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 91 percent, based upon 184 surveys submitted by VHA members.
